How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, orders of $80 or above will receive free shipping.
Do you offer Local Delivery?
Local delivery is offered for orders over $10 at a flat fee of $5 delivery. Deliveries are available for Somerville, Tyabb, Mornington, Baxter and Hastings. These deliveries are done once a week (usually on a Friday), this may change during peak periods. Please being aware that orders may take up to 7 days to fulfil due to majority of the products offered being custom made. We will endeavour to get your product ready for the next Local Delivery day however this can not be guaranteed.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Due to an abundance of different colour options majority of our products are custom made, due to this please allow up to 7 days to fulfil your order. Once your item has shipped delivery is normally completed within 2 - 8 business days. During Holiday Periods process and delivery times may be increased due to increased volume of packages. We thank you for your patience and understanding through these times.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped you will receive a tracking number and shipping company details needed to track your order.
Where are my Items Shipped From?
We are situated on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and all items are shipped from this location.
What if I have provided the wrong address details?
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@mixmakes.net and provide us with the correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.
If your order was already shipped out, we are really sorry, but we will not be able to change it for you or send you another product without charging a fee.
In this case, you may need to contact your local post office with the tracking number and they may be able to redirect the package to the correct address.

What if there is a problem with my shipment?
No worries, we guarantee delivery!
Should your product not arrive within the estimated delivery times, please get in touch with us via the Chat button on our site or at info@mixmakes.net.
We will investigate and provide an update. Should the item have been lost in the mail, we will resend the item.
If the item was returned to sender or rejected due to a wrong delivery address, we will not be responsible for it as the error was not from our end. We may charge a shipping fee to resend the item in this case.
